- The Delivery time of our products is dependent upon the location our artwork will be sent to.

Expect a delivery between 3 - 30 days

All deliveries will be sent to arrive as soon as possible.

1. Canvas - Made with responsibly sourced wood with a coated fabric. the canvas substrate is a blend of cotton and polyester. All canvas' have a thickness of approximately 2cm / 0.8"
2. Semi Glossy - Made from premium quality FSC certified paper with a finish providing a layer of protection.
3. Matte - Heavier-weight white premium matte, FSC certified paper. Providing a natural smooth uncoated finish.
4. Digital Download - all downloads contain 300dpi and come as a PNG format.

1. Canvas - All canvas products are packaged with strong edges and wrapped in bubble wrap or kraft paper, providing optimal protection. A hang kit is also included.
2. Semi glossy/Matte - any products below the size of A4 will arrive in flat packaging. Prints above A4 will be delivered in a tube.
3. Digital Download - An email will be sent with a link, allowing you to download your new art.

Returns

We currently do not support returns due to the products being personalized and made specifically for each order.

Damaged Products

Costs can be covered for a new order if:

• Damage to delivered products
• Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products
• Lack of quality of the delivered product

Damages will be covered if the customer receives damaged or defected and were not caused by the customer

Please get in touch within 30 days of ordering the product.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from when the product was ordered.
