What sets our biscotti apart from all others is that even though we twice bake it we do not believe that biscotti must be a dried out tasteless twig that must be dunked in your coffee or tea to be remotely palatable. Way North Foods Biscotti are crunchy yet soft and bursting full of luscious flavors from northern Michigan and beyond. Our biscotti are hand formed and have an attractive rustic look to them.  We pride ourselves on using as many local ingredients as possible in our products. We buy from local suppliers such as Cherry Central here in Traverse City who supplies our dried cherries, cranberries and blue berries as well as Old's Brothers who supplies our maple syrup.

We currently offer three core flavors of biscotti - Dried Cherry White Chocolate, Lemon Blueberry and Double Dark Chocolate as well as new flavors such as Maple Walnut and Orange Dried Cranberry. More flavors are on the way as well as Biscotti Stones - the tasty odds and ends that we do not place in our standard bags. All of our biscotti are made with natural ingredients such as creamery butter, pure cane sugar and choice local fruits.
